I came to this decision after reading some ebooks while I was on vacation.
Miss Minimalist is a little more extreme than what I want to go. Such as, she has no tv. But she has some really good points about "stuff". 31 days gives you a Martha challenge and a Mary Challenge everyday with a good bit of Scripture thrown in. Neither book is a cure all but it sure makes me feel better to clean out some stuff and stay organized!
I also saw it on Thrifty Decor Chick, which is a really fun blog to read! She didn't buy any diy supply stuff for all of July. I'm going to work on using what I have instead of running out and buying new supplies.
Another commitment is to not drink any pop (can you tell I'm from the mid-west now?:) for the rest of the month. That will probably be the hardest because I crave it! Which brings me to another book that I've been reading:
It's about craving a relationship with God as our comfort instead of food. Eye opening. Read it.
So today I worked on what I had. And I came up with these!
They are e-reader cases. They are large enough to fit an ipad, so most of the other e-readers will fit. They also have a front pocket for all the extras. You could also use it for a project folder, adding a notebook and all your notes, receipts and stuff.
A great way to keep your stuff organized! Check out the shop! There's quite a few things going in there soon!
